Advice in the world of work is a professional field that requires a degree of growing specialization. The professional practice of labor advice claims in depth knowledge of the basis of labor law and the different processes in which it has to intervene. This work advisor course aims to offer a proposal for theoretical and practical specialization that qualifies for a quality professional practice, which responds to the needs of the current moment. In it we combine the theoretical development and the presentation of practical assumptions that allow quality training.

- Train theoretically and practical in the professional competences necessary for the professional practice of labor advice adapted to the new labor reform. - Present the foundations of labor law as a framework for professional activity. - Describe the different processes of labor management and their practical characteristics. - Offer an advice framework on occupational risk prevention. - Perform an approach to labor conflicts and the reality of mediation. - Analyze how to look for talent and what is the optimal way to do so through social networks. - Reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of recruitment and network selection. - Recognize the tools, channels and applications we have, and the best way to take advantage of them.

This work advisor course will provide the student with the necessary theoretical-practical knowledge that allows him for a quality professional practice, which responds to the needs of the current moment. It also provides the student with the necessary knowledge to use social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, among others) with the aim of looking for talent professionals that his company requires.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
