Family Mediation Course (University degree + 8 ECTS credits)

Family mediation constitutes a legal, psychological, pedagogical and social scope that also includes other areas, reaching a complete and complex multidisciplinary reality that allows us to face problems from a much more creative perspective. This course mainly includes issues related to divorce, separation, protection or distribution of goods, always with the transformation of the family nucleus as the engine of this. This course in family mediation aims to offer you a theoretical and practical approach to the reality of family mediation. This will train you to intervene as a mediator in different processes linked to the different lines of work. Thus you can acquire the necessary skills to provide this service.

Its multidisciplinary character prepares you with this course in family mediation to focus direct mediation, participate in it through the mediation team or even enrich their own skills in a legal or social field related to these issues.

This course in family mediation aims to give you technical and theoretical training in the field of family mediation so you can carry it out in the professional field. The activity in the family environment, specifically with children, constitutes a basic pillar of professional care for individuals. Thus, as a mediator, you will be prepared to face conflicting matters by their own and peculiar nature.

The family mediation course is aimed at all those professionals or students who focus their future work to the scope of family relationships or support for minors in certain circumstances of transformation of the family nucleus. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
