Goals

- Establish an approach to minimum sports health. - Know and recognize the importance of mass health massage. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage depending on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good food in sports. - Know the most frequent lesions and their treatments. - Know the anatomical and physiological basis of the movement to apply them to the characteristic exercises of muscles and fitness - Acquire basic knowledge about the bone system and muscle physiology - Analyze physiological responses to musculation and fitness exercises - Understand the importance of nutrition in sports - Know the theory of training applied to muscles and fitness.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). Double degree: - Titling of the muscle and fitness monitor issued by Edusport, center specialized in sports training and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) to which it will be able to access as federated receiving the corresponding professional card in muscle and fitness - bodybuilding, in addition once the training is finished, the student will become part of the Spanish record of professionals of the exercise (esreps) Gather the exercise professionals, establishing a quality standard and a professional registration to guarantee a safe and effective advice from customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation. - University degree in Sports Health from the Antonio de Nebrija University with 5 ECTS university credits. Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan of the Antonio de Nebrija University
