Summary

If you want to devote yourself to the sports environment and specialize in musical fitness this is your time, with the musical fitness instructor course + sports health (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) you can acquire the necessary knowledge to perform this work in the best possible way. In the field of sport, it is necessary to have basic knowledge about the benefits and the care that we must have when performing sports practices, whether competition or simply recreational. Thanks to the realization of this course, you will know everything about musical fitness and sports health. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

Goals

- Establish an approach to minimum sports health. - Know and recognize the importance of mass health massage. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage depending on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good food in sports. - Know the most frequent lesions and their treatments. - Know the basic functions of a musical fitness instructor. - Relate the foundations of the different training systems for the improvement of conditional capacities with the elaboration of collective fitness programs with musical support. - Prepare the specific programming of a collective fitness room with musical support. - Develop physical conditioning programs in group with musical support adapted to the different variants of this type of activities based on the topologies and levels of the most common users. - Direct collective fitness activities with musical support by applying the most appropriate methodological strategies.

This Musical + Sports Health Instructor Course is aimed for all those people who want to guide their future work towards the sports sector, more specifically as a fitness instructor. As well as for all those people who want to acquire knowledge about sports health.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan of the Antonio de Nebrija University
