FMEE0108 Course Auxiliary Mechanical Manufacturing Operations (full professional certificate)

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know how to perform basic manufacturing operations, as well as feed and attend the processes of machining, assembly and function of automated, with quality criteria, safety and respect for the environment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know both manufacturing operations and assembly operations.

- Prepare tools, tools, machines and equipment for manufacturing processes, applying the rules for prevention of occupational hazards and the environment. - Perform basic manufacturing operations, applying occupational risk prevention standards and environment. - Feed and download machines, ovens or automatic systems for performing machining, treatment or casting operations, applying occupational risk prevention standards and environment. - Verify the pieces obtained, using the basic instruments of measurement and control. - Prepare materials, machinery and elements necessary for the realization of unions, applying rules for prevention of occupational hazards and the environment. - Unite parts with removable elements or by adhesives, applying the rules for prevention of occupational hazards and the environment. - Verify the unions made, using the basic instruments of measurement and control.

It performs its work activity in large, medium and small businesses dedicated to the manufacture and assembly of electromechanical products. Operates following instructions from higher technicians and according to established procedures.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate FMEE0108 Auxiliary Mechanical Manufacturing Operations Certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of mechanical manufacturing and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to both manufacturing and assembly operations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
