Summary

This course in food security at weddings, banquets and celebrations offers specialized training in the field. Banquets and special events, such as weddings and other celebrations, are daily acts that are constantly produced in the restoration trade. Any type of celebration as a wedding, anniversary, baptisms ... require a previous organization both decorative and food and drinks, which will be served during the act, what is called banquet. Restoration establishments dedicated to the Buffet and Catering Organization for banquets or other celebrations must offer excellent quality levels, both in the service it offers and in their products. It is essential to establish food safety and hygiene criteria, which avoid the exposure of consumers to products in poor condition, which affect their health.

- Know the different restoration services in the wedding, celebration and other events organization. - Determine the importance of offering harmless foods in the Buffet and Catering organization to celebrate events. - Describe the concept of food security and compliance with the consumer information regulations.

Who is it addressed to?

This course in food security at weddings, banquets and celebrations is aimed at all those hospitality and restoration professionals, whose task requires direct manipulation of drinks and foods that serve in their premises and catering and buffet services for events and celebrations, is also aimed at knowing what measures should comply with respect to the new regulations on allergens. Similarly, it is aimed at anyone interested in this labor sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
