Summary
The growing character of the specialization of the food industry in our country is undeniable, as well as the importance of this industry within the current business fabric. That is why the main objective of this course is the preparation of the student to face professional challenges related to consulting and advice on food quality, being able to guarantee the traceability of products, contact with suppliers, as well as their microbiological safety through the definition of hazards and critical points at any stage of the production process. With this online course in food traceability you will acquire the most important knowledge of the agro-food industry from the point of view of security. You will learn the quality standards and requirements to be complied with to guarantee it in any of the stages of the industrial process, always respecting the regulations in this regard. You will know the hygienic principles and measures for food handling.
