Glass fusion course: MF0151_2 Fusion and forming operations of glass products

In the field of glass and ceramics, it is necessary to know the different fields of operations online for manufacturing and transformation of glass, within the industrial glass area. - Analyze and describe the processes of composition and fusion of glass products relating the input and output products, with the techniques used in them, the operational phases, the work procedures, the media and facilities used, the process variables and the parameters that must be controlled. - Identify and characterize raw materials, glass helmet and output products of the glass fusion process. - Analyze the equipment and facilities for the dosing and fusion of glass, relating its characteristics and benefits to its function in the process, and describing its constitution and operation. - Fund glass masses of established compositions following technical instructions. - Identify and describe the risks derived from discharge operations, and material storage, the preparation of the mixture and the fusion of glass products, and indicate the preventive measures that must be adopted. - Analyze and describe the processes of forming glass products relating the input and output products, with the techniques used in them, the operational phases, the work procedures, the media and facilities used, the process variables and the parameters that must be controlled. - Analyze the equipment and facilities for the formation of molten glass masses, relating its characteristics and benefits to its function in the process, and describing its constitution and operation. - Prepare products formed from molten glass masses following technical instructions. - Identify and describe the risks derived from discharge operations, and material storage and the formation of glass products, and indicate the preventive measures that must be adopted.

It develops its activity in the area of execution of the production of large, medium and small businesses, exercising its autonomy within the framework of the functions and objectives assigned by higher level technicians to its own.
