Summary
The Spanish Constitution, within the guiding principles of social and economic policy, recognizes in its article 43 the right to health protection and attributes to public authorities the competence to organize and protect public health through preventive measures and the necessary benefits and services. It is known that in the state of health of populations, the factors that are framed as social determinants and lifestyle influence than those that depend on the action of health services. This makes it necessary that the policies and interventions that are designed in health have an intersectoral character.
