Summary
Regarding the assumption of competencies in health and hygiene, the Law of Management System is issued that aims to regulate health activities in the community of Castilla y León, constituting a health system in said community and creating the Regional Health Management, an institutional instrument for the management of the competencies and resources entrusted.
