Summary

The labor market demands professionals with knowledge in personnel management that have a global and integral vision of the Human Resources Department and its operation so that they are able to improve their competitiveness. The course in hiring, payrolls, settlements and social insurance will provide specialized training on labor advisory functions to exercise in the business level at the professional level carrying out the management and labor planning of a company: high and low workers, RNT, RLC, payroll realization, drafting of contracts, bonuses for hiring, retentions for IRPF, collective agreements, etc.

Goals

- Describe the rights and obligations of employers and workers in labor matters. - Know the elements present in the employment relationship. - Study contracts, their essential elements and validity requirements, describing the basis of the work time and the legs legally established. - Identify the social security agencies necessary to process the highs, affiliation of workers in the different regimes and high to a company. - Differentiate the benefits that Social Security gives to workers and current payment method. - Know the withholdings, the procedure for your calculation, the elements present in payrolls, accruals and salary deductions.

The course in hiring, payrolls, settlements and social insurance will provide specialized training in the management of issues and operations related to the labor sector. Students, once this course is over, can be commissioned, both within the company and as an advisor, for all matters related to this area, such as the hiring of workers, making salary receipts, calculation of provision and completion of contribution documents. After the performance of the course in hiring, payrolls, settlements and social insurance, the students will be competent for the realization of all related procedures are the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) and with the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
