It is evident that currently and more in time of crisis the perception of immigration is totally negative and rejected by the fear that the avalanche of people with other cultures entails, other ways of proceeding, with a certain formation, with other languages, becoming more difficult for the communication and therefore the tool of language is not feasible as a means to know, in short, the fear of the unknown and the fear that we can believe that other people can It belongs makes us reject and thus hate. This course provides what is necessary to know the situation of extracted people and avoid the aspects of rejection towards them, their problem, their social, political, economic and legal position as well as the means available to integrate into our country and join in that way when proceeding from their regulations.

This course prepares you to know the evolution of migrations, to become aware of the immigrant situation, as these are received depending on their origin and status, as rejected, as prejudice, segregation, racist violence proceeds. He will teach to know more about immigration and everything that this process entails and therefore will help compression of the situation of these people. It will promote to know the regulations and laws in force in the Spanish territory, as well as the intervention in terms of training, social insertion that a extrajustment person needs.

This course is aimed at those professionals in the field of social intervention who work for and for those who come from other countries and not only for these but also to inform or train people with certain prejudices or homophobia towards extracted people. For law professionals who want to expand or complete knowledge, not only oriented to current regulations or laws, but also to know the social problem of immigration and thus be able to intervene in a more satisfactory way. This course is also focused for people not expert in this issue, to expand knowledge of the current situation of their country and want to know the reality of those people who come from abroad.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
