Summary
Globalization, the movement of people from one State to another, and, in general, that social relations have been internationalized, has directly influenced the normative forecast that private international law is doing. Today it is vital to know what is the regulation that attends international marriages, their crises, the patrimonial economic regime of international marriage, de facto couples, the filiation and adoption of minors, or even the international protection of minors or their international subtraction. With this international family law course you can know how these extremes are regulated, and what is the casuistry that is presented in this matter, as well as in international succession law.

This international family law course prepares you to know how an international marriage is carried out, what are the requirements for its validity, or what is the economic regime that will be determined. It includes what is the competition in case of international foods and how to proceed with its international execution, or, what the international succession consists of or who holds the judicial competence.

This International Family Law course is aimed at law students or professionals who are dedicated to private international law, or family law, specializing with this training in the field. It is also aimed at other professionals who wish to obtain knowledge about family law or succession.
