Summary
This course provides the knowledge required to function professionally in the environment of international maritime law, useful in this branch that is constantly changing and growth since professionals who know the legal aspects applicable to the world of international navigation are required. This course allows you to specialize in legal aspects and the elaboration of civil liability contracts within the maritime field, taking into account the regulation of international treaties that govern it, also expanding towards the solution of disputes through the competent jurisdiction at all times.
