This international mastery in elaboration, decoration and packaging of bakery and pastry products prepares to: - Control the supply, storage and issue of raw and auxiliary materials and finished products and prepare the equipment and the tools to be used in the elaboration processes.

This mastery is aimed at professionals of the professional family food industries and more specifically in the professional area of bakery, pastry, confectionery and milling, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related in pastry and confectionery.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
