- Provide the student, necessary and updated knowledge about nutrition and food, as well as useful work tools, that allow to know the nutritional requirements and recommendations in different pathophysiological situations that generate obesity, so that they can be applied in the workplace. - Provide the student with the knowledge that allows them a correct approach to the obese patient. - Update the knowledge that is related to the clinic of obese patients to help improve the identification, management and decrease of complications in these patients. - Know what diet therapy and dietary intervention in pathological cases are - Learn the treatments of obesity. - Learn the classification, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. - Know osteoporosis. - Learn the manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. - Offer the basic concepts in the field of dietary and nutrition, applied to eating disorders: anorexia, obesity, bulimia, etc. - Know the specific nutritional needs of the person with the aim of preventing or remedying eating disorders. - Offer a vision of the person's nutritional needs in pathological states. - Define nutritional needs in the different stages of life, physiological states and more common diseases on which a nutritional intervention can improve diagnosis. - Present the importance of nutritional education as a generator of healthy food guidelines. - Offer the necessary knowledge to participate in the planning of balanced menus in its energy and nutritional contribution for communities. - Know and value different eating disorders. Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and obesity. - Provide the necessary knowledge to develop an adequate food plan for people suffering from initial eating disorders that do not carry associated pathologies. - Classify food and nutrients properly. - Describe the digestion process. - Estimate individual nutritional needs. - Determine the concept of coaching and its profits. - Prevent possible risks related to the coaching process. - Plan a coaching process.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
