Judicial Expert Course especially in Naval Expertise + University Degree in preparing expert reports (double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

Carrying out proper preventive and corrective maintenance of the engine and the boat control site is essential to ensure its operation and prologize its useful life as far as possible. Through this Naval Expert Course, students can develop the necessary knowledge to carry out the maintenance and repair of nautical engines and naval mechanical components. In addition, this course enables him for the free exercise of the judicial expert function in naval mechanics in the judicial processes of work, civil or criminal as well as to work on behalf of others. This judicial expert course contains everything necessary to be able to exercise as a judicial expert, successfully developing this activity, in addition to obtaining the diploma will be able to process the discharge in the courts that it designates. This judicial expert course includes all current legislation in the world of the expertise.

- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of the judicial expertise. - Know the different types of expertise that we can find. - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected. - Differentiate between the types of expert reports. - Know the process of preparing expert reports. - Analyze judicial evidence, from its concept to the practice of said test. - Analyze how to assess the expert test. - Analyze the technical information contained in basic engineering and naval architecture plans to obtain the data that allow to develop constructive solutions and the elaboration of the constructive and assembly plans, applying established calculation procedures, complying with the quality standards, and of prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Prepare exploded and detail plans of constructive elements of structures, providing the information that allows its manufacture, using 2D design and modeling computer applications, complying with quality standards, and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Determine the necessary materials for the manufacture, assembly and repair of naval structures according to the constructive plans, specification of the materials, complying with quality standards, and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Prepare cutting documentation and programming of automatic CNC and robot machines, for the layout and cut of sheets, profiles and tubes, depending on the materials defined in the assembly, construction or repair plans, complying with quality standards, and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Know the different types of motor existing and identify their component. - Know the command and control instruments. - Learn to make the diagnosis and location of breakdowns in the nautical engines. - Carry out the maintenance and repair of the command and control instruments, the propeller and the arbant, the engine of ignition and feeding of the motor and the investor-redundant system. - Perform the prevention and treatment of corrosion in nautical engines. - Learn to perform the maintenance and conservation tasks of the greenish process. - Know the safety and hygiene measures at work to take into account as a mechanic of nautical engines.

JUDICIAL EXPERTY / JUDICIAL EXERCISE / ELABORATION OF PERIALIAL REPORTS / MECHANICAL OF NAUTIC MOTORS, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF UNIVERSITY / NAVAL EXPERIENCE

This course prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as experts in the Courts and Courts of Justice, especially in the criminal field, also provides the necessary knowledge to carry out an appropriate accident investigation. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on civil prosecution) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess facts or relevant circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, they could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” demands of individuals and societies, administration and justice. This course is aimed at naval engineers and/or university degrees or any persons who wish to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil field. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
