Arbitral institutions / judicial expert.

This course of judicial expert in arbitration and mediation in commercial, business and real estate litigation prepares to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in the courts and courts of justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. The course is adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13, Euroinnova being a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the delivery of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, being able if the student requests it, communicate the data of the student and the formative action to the Ministry of Justice Telematically for the speed of the discharge and registration as a mediator.

The present course of judicial expert in arbitration and mediation in commercial, business and real estate litigation is aimed at lawyers and/or university degrees in the subject subject of the course, and in the event that the subject does not understand in any professional degree is also addressed to any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
