Summary
Specialized training on labor advisory functions to exercise in the business field at the professional level carrying out the management and job planning of a company: high and low workers, TCS, payroll, drafting of contracts, hiring bonuses, withholdings for personal income tax, collective agreements, strikes, template planning, etc. The viability of a company does not depend only on economic factors, good planning is essential to achieve it. After the realization of the expert in Labor Law and Strategic Directorate, the students will be competent for the realization of all the related procedures are the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) and with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), as well as to carry out the strategic management and planning of the activity of the company, knowing the process and the fundamental principles in the elaboration and development of a business plan, insisting on matters Market, planning in the area of commercial management, marketing and production, as well as in the management of the infrastructure of the companies, the HR and financial ones.
