Summary
This in progress in leadership and nursing services management is a training designed to strengthen your leadership and nursing leadership skills, with the aim of improving the quality of nursing services and promoting a safe and effective patient care environment. Throughout the course, you will acquire fundamental knowledge about leadership, human resources management, strategic decision -making, conflict resolution and continuous improvement, among other relevant topics for the field of nursing. You will develop essential competences to lead nursing equipment, implement quality and safety policies, and improve the efficiency and efficacy of health care services.

This course in Leadership and Nursing Services Management prepares you to assume leadership and management roles in nursing services, dating yourself to the skills and knowledge necessary to direct nursing equipment effectively. Through the theory, you will acquire the competences to manage human resources, make strategic decisions, resolve conflicts and promote continuous improvement in health care.
