Summary
The Lean Project Management course will give you a complete vision of the Lean Principles and Tools and how they can be applied to the Project Management. You will learn to lead improvement projects in your company and create flows that maximize the value at each stage of the process you carry out. You will know agile methods for the improvement and optimization of the business system, focusing on identifying and eliminating any loss of time, effort or money by identifying each step in a business process and then reviewing or cutting processes that do not create value. In addition, you will also know other agile methods and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming and Lean Thinking to apply in the company.
