Summary

Contrary to what is usually thought, leisure is not a luxury but a right of all citizens. The realization of creative leisure and free time activities suggests the imagination and contributes to personal growth. In spite of this and for many years, the school has focused almost exclusively on the teaching of other curricular areas. This course offers training to design and carry out socio -educational intervention projects in leisure and free time, in addition to providing the necessary knowledge to be able to exercise as a monitoring of laughter therapy and to be able to reach students the acquisition of the multiple benefits that a simple laugh can give us and see life from another more cheerful, healthy and positive perspective.

Goals

- Provide different tools for the development of leisure and free time activities: socio -cultural, sports and outdoor activities attending to the environment in which they are projected, urban and in nature. - Know the methodology that underlies the planning and application of the different activities to be programmed, especially working the definition of specific objectives, the coordination and organization of work and the supervision of activities. - Know the functions and main characteristics that define the profile of the leisure and free time monitor and recognize the influence of leisure and free time activities in the educational field. - Know the benefits and purpose of laughter therapy. - Develop freedom of expression of emotions and feelings. - Learn to communicate in the different activities proposed in the Risotherapy workshops. - Participate actively in the different animation games and activities. - Know how to direct and energize games and animation activities. - Facilitate visualization, relaxation and breathing, through various techniques. - Learn to perform a risotherapy session. - Know the role of the game in laughter therapy.

Who is it addressed

This course is aimed at all people interested in exercising as leisure monitor and free time and/or workshop monitor in the field of laughter therapy. Thus, it also addresses professionals in the field of education, psychology, psychopedagogy, social work and medical personal that wants to expand their knowledge on this subject.

Official character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
