Summary

There are currently various cultural events, since culture has become a source of knowledge, wisdom and economy for the care that develops and schedule this type of acts. In all countries there are hundreds of cultural events carried out in different ways that disseminate culture, such as museums, exhibition spaces and cultural events. These types of activities are currently important and present a series of differentiating characteristics related to the management that must be carried out from the point of view of marketing and communication. With this Master Marketing for Museums, a series of guidelines and guidelines are offered to be able to create, develop and implement marketing actions oriented to this type of activities optimally.

Goals

Thanks to the Master Marketing for Museums you can achieve, among others, the following objectives - Acquire the museum as an institution. - Know the existing typologies of museums. - Acquire and investigate collections. - Perform communication strategies in museums. - Know the educational value of museums. - Know and distinguish the various types of meetings that are produced in the business field. - Know the basic standards to dress in those events that require it. - Highlight the importance of public relations in the business field and know the keys to achieve success in the organization. - Provide a complete and general vision of all organizational aspects involved. - Start the student in the field of protocol and the organization of events - contribute to the integral and multifunctional training of the professionals involved in the management and organization of events (security, communication, ceremonial, logistics, marketing, sponsorships, etc.), thereby favoring both their integration into the work teams, and the improvement of their coordination capacity. - Analyze the market of different cultural products segmenting according to characteristics and preferences of different types of consumers. - Define cultural marketing actions, in relation to the factors involved in the design of policies and communication campaigns, considering the usual instruments and the different types of objectives and public to which it intends to address. - Develop cultural marketing actions linked to a marketing plan for intangible products. - Develop a campaign to disseminate cultural programming for the potential public according to a proposed mix marketing plan. - Apply control and monitoring systems of the variables and actions planned in different types of marketing plans. - Analyze the evolution of a cultural program linked to marketing actions. - Establish procedures for the design and development of cultural programming linked to a planning carried out by Culture Responsible. - Recognize cultural or business policies that can be applicable to the development of cultural programming. - Describe different information collection techniques explaining its usefulness in planning. - Recognize adequate collaboration channels among the different cultural levels to develop cultural actions together. - Develop schedules of cultural activities coordinated with other events achieving effective planning. - List and describe the different information transmission procedures that are based on the use of ICT. - Analyze infrastructure to execute cultural programming using the resources available and adequate for their development. - Apply cultural programming procedures. - Differentiate techniques to elaborate inventories or chips that describe the infrastructure of cultural spaces. - Recognize and argue criteria for selection and adaptation of infrastructure to cultural events. - Identify the different equipment and their possibilities of use considering the types of events. - Recognize procedures for the elaboration of evaluation reports that reflect the successes and propose the correction of errors. - Program cultural animation projects linked to cultural associative networks. - Analyze the structure and characteristics of contextualized projects in cultural animation. - Select and define reality analysis techniques applicable to the cultural field. - Establish the objectives of the cultural animation project in collaboration with the head of culture of higher level and other agents.
