Summary
The implementation of a quality management system in any type of hospitality, tourism and restoration company is an essential step for its development. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to carry out the implementation of quality systems and their management, as well as the development of quality management and quality planning models, according to ISO 9001, within the scope of hospitality, tourism and restoration.
