Summary

With this master's degree in health law you will receive specialized training in the field. In terms of health, everything must be controlled, not only at the clinical level, but also at the legal level. For all that professional in the health world, it is vital to know the legality that said staff and patients have to comply with. With this course you will receive a training in matters applied to the health world.

- Know the foundations - Know Bioethics - Identify Professional Responsibility and Risk Management - Know the Fundamentals of Health Sociology - Know the functions of a test and calibration laboratory. - Detail the most used materials and equipment in test and calibration laboratories. - Determine the standards of hygiene and the risk control systems of which every test and calibration laboratory must have. - Enter the general foundations on quality. - Detail the basic aspects of ISO 17025 and its importance for trial and calibration laboratories. - Know the technical and management requirements that a laboratory must meet according to ISO 17025. - Describe the phases through which the test and calibration laboratory must pass to achieve accreditation. - Know the General Health Law. - Know the statute of the professional and user of health services. - Know Health Civil and Criminal Law
