When implementing a new business project, there are several issues to take into account, among which the possible risks assumed, the investments that must be made and the election of the legal form that must be given in its constitution. The overview of our Master will be fundamental when making these decisions and that moment and to analyze the finances of the company constituted thanks to the accounting knowledge and of assumed financial statements.

- Determine the steps in the accounting, fiscal and commercial sphere for the creation of an individual or corporate company. - Distinguish the different types of societies analyzing their characteristics and their legal regime. - Determine the main accounting movements of societies in terms of their constitution as in the rest of their activity. - Prepare the financial statements of the company for the legalization of books and the deposit of annual accounts. - Know the activities that determine the financial management of the company necessary for decision making. - Analyze the risks of society and its investments knowing the possible imbalances that inadequate decisions can pose.

The priority objective in the labor market of our country is the transformation of societies and therefore also of the professionals that form them. In this sense, the necessary qualification for the management of the companies and the level of training and update required is increasing. Our MáTER in Accounting and Finance for new business projects facilitates the student the necessary tools to be part of the teams that make decisions in society or for their advice in the accounting field supported by the updated commercial and legislative knowledge.

The thematic diversity of our master prepares the student in accounting and financial matters from the beginning of the constitution of the company to the presentation of the annual accounts. The commercial and accounting knowledge provided by our training will allow the student to choose to be part of a work team in the field of management and administration of the company or autonomously carry out their profession as an advisor to different companies with different nature.

Our master is aimed at business professionals who decide to expand the knowledge they already have and to those people who have not yet begun their work career and whose training has been carried out in the economic and financial branches by supposing a useful differentiation in their curriculum, whether they choose to be part of a business team as if they autonomously perform their profession in the advice sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
