The Administrative Management Directorate requires a specialization with specific knowledge in different legal-fiscal areas. Administrative management has been changing and including activities and characteristics to the work carried out, as in labor matters, as well as including the realization of procedures and the use of ideal electronic means for the performance of these professionals. It is a profession that demands professionals with very specific requirements and knowledge, adapted to the new technical demands arising from the implementation of new information technologies, for mandatory use.

- Provide students with the necessary knowledge for problem solving in new environments related to the different areas that make up the training. - Know the organization of public administrations, as well as their procedures and means of action. - Know the use of new information technologies and the possibility of making communications and procedures with the AEAT. - Ability to make decisions in a problem or controversial situation. - Know the main taxes and obligations in the fiscal field and tax procedures. - Acquire fundamental notions in the labor administration. - Acquire notions of civil and commercial law both in the different legal relations. - Analyze data protection in the administration department.

The present master's degree in administrative management direction seeks to contribute the resources available so that the company can achieve the marked objectives, taking into account that the market requires the realization of four specific functions within the administrative management: planning, organization, management and control. The management requires a person who has detailed initiative and knowledge of the different management areas, in addition, in front of which workers must respond.

This master's degree in administrative management direction is aimed at managers, as well as those who are in possession of an equivalent degree or title in business administration and management, marketing, business, economy, legal sciences or any degree where they need to strengthen the knowledge and competences necessary for the future professional development of management capacities. He is also aimed at those who seek to promote and give a new approach to his profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
