Master in air conditioning and industrial cold

The normative and technical requirements of thermal operating and comfort that have to satisfy the facilities make it necessary to intervene technicians that dominate the different disciplines that are included in these facilities. This master addresses the installation project in all its phases: design, adjustment and subsequent maintenance and exploitation of both air conditioning, ACS, cooling and freezing facilities. The industrial air conditioning and cold facilities have many common elements, which is why both facilities have been together (even being totally different uses and areas) in the same master, thus obtaining a very complete formative proposal and with which you can be a specialist in this area.

Learn psychrometry and calculation of thermal loads for the design of the facilities. Dominate the concepts of air conditioning and heating for your choice in a project and taking into account your efficiency parameters. Know the operation and choose the characteristics of the elements of the facilities and the available systems. Project the facilities and carry out the process of launched, adjustment and balanced. Integrate the design of the refrigeration chambers with the requirements of cold or frozen foods. Perform the organization's maintenance. Correctly apply the regulations for the different facilities.

Students may generally go to engineering studies, architecture studies, installer and industrial air conditioning and cold maintenance companies, buildings maintenance, energy services companies (ESO or ECO), manufacturing refrigerated foods or that use industrial cold in their process as well as the sector of the manufacture of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

After finishing this master's degree you will have the necessary knowledge to address projects both at the design level of air conditioning, ventilation, heating and production of sanitary hot water (ACS), and at the level of industrial cold and cooling production facilities. You will learn the normative and technical conditions (CTE, RITE, RSIF, RED ...) for installation as well as its implementation, balanced and subsequent maintenance.

Aimed at installers and maintenance technicians, engineers, air conditioning and air conditioning technicians, refrigerator technicians.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
