Bankruptcy law is a branch of our highly specialized legal system whose practice requires extensive legal knowledge (bankruptcy, commercial, civil, labor) and other matters (business, financial, accounting), as well as the development of various specific skills that allow advising the different parts that intervene in the bankruptcy process in full and exercise the functions of a bankruptcy administrator, which requires a qualified training. The Master in Bankruptcy Administration aims to offer students the theoretical and practical training necessary to become an expert in bankruptcy law and be able to professionally exercise the functions of bankruptcy administrator and legal advisor of the different parties involved in the bankruptcy process.

- Acquire knowledge in bankruptcy. - Understand the work of the bankruptcy administration in the procedure, from a legal and accounting perspective. - Prepare documents and carry out activities of bankruptcy administrators. - Analyze business acts that can lead to responsibility. - Issue an opinion based on different situations that can be raised in the contest. - Know the positions maintained by the jurisprudence in the controversial situations of the contest.

The Master in Bankruptcy Administration aims to bring students closer to the complex world of creditors, who with the knowledge acquired can advise companies in bankruptcy and pre -bankruptcy situations, as well as to act as bankruptcy administrators.

Aimed at professionals who require complementary training for the development of their activity or graduates in law, economic, business or otherwise who intend to expand their knowledge in bankruptcy and develop their career in this area.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
