Summary
When you think about maritime law, competition rules are often not usually taken into account. In this course, you will know such important aspects as judicial competence as well as the tax regulations to be applied as far as maritime law is concerned, without forgetting international trade in the transport of goods. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
