Family coaching is an accompaniment and support tool that aims to improve relations within the family nucleus as well as parental competences, or the promotion of positive parentality. Through the present Master in Family Coaching, students are offered to specialize in one of the coaching applications that most demand for qualified professionals today.

The objectives that are intended to be achieved with this Master in Family Coaching are the following: -Introduce coaching as an alternative that modifies the student's personal lifestyle, offering a path of improvement of the quality of life. -Adir the knowledge, competences and skills necessary for the theoretical and practical development of the basic Coaching principles applied to the personal sphere. -Improve personal development derived from implementing a culture of coaching. - Perform an approach to neurolinguistic programming as a tool for personal and organizational change and growth. - Start in the application of basic NLP techniques at the individual and equipment level. - To guide the implementation of NLP strategies to business activity, to enter work with teams, managers and departments. - Analyze the origins of sexuality to understand the attitude that has been had on this subject throughout history. - Know the key functions of the social and gender educator. - Analyze the different types of students, to know how to develop the different group techniques, as well as solve difficult group situations. - Learn to prepare a project for intervention in sexual education and gender. - Understand the characteristics of children and adolescents related to their sexuality to execute a correct teaching on the sexual and gender subject. - Know the didactic models in sexual and gender education. -Capacitar to intervene in family mediation processes. -Free a general overview of the existing conflict situations in the family, as a context in which mediation processes are developed. -Ivocate family mediation processes on the horizon of the culture of peace, as a priority of the current moment. -Present the legislative framework on which family mediation processes are supported. -Describe the reality of the conflict and the factors that generate it in the family. -Free intervention guidelines to initiate a peaceful resolution of conflicts in the family. -Describe the processes of family mediation and the stages they include. -Draw the profile of the family mediator, describing the skills to be cultivated and the techniques you must know. - Know the historical evolution of the couple to understand the changes they have suffered over time. - Relate the types of couple that currently exist with the different therapeutic resources for adequate intervention. - Knowing how to identify the different problems that a couple can present. - Know the factors that maintains the love relationship. - Execute different types of techniques within the consultation with the aim of guiding and advising the couple.

Through this Master in Family Coaching, you are offered an approach to the practice of family mediation, the development of tecnciations for the improvement of relations in the family nucleus or the proper family planning, knowing the different techniques that can be applied according to the objectives that are pursued in each case.

This Master in Family Mediation is aimed at psychologists, pedagogues, family mediators, professional coach and in general all those professionals and students who wish to be professionally directed to family coaching.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
