The Master in Family and Childhood Law aims to practice as a jurist in family law and childhood protection. This training provides for the acquisition of the necessary knowledge from a national and international point of view, with a theoretical-practical combination throughout the formation. We start from the importance of matter with several legislative fronts that address from cases of divorce and struggle for custody, to processes related to the partition of inheritance in need of the previous liquidation of the Society of Ganage, which requires specialized professionals and capable of assuming the complexity of each of these procedures in which the members of a family may be involved.

- Provide the student with the necessary tools to serve the particular casuistry that could occur in a paternalophilial conflict. - Analyze foral rights compared to our Civil Code and its practical application. - Understand and identify the causes that can lead to a conflict giving the possibility of resolving it extrajudicially and the impossibility in cases of gender violence. - Study from a practical point of view the previous liquidation of the Society of Ganage, before the distribution of the dead spouse's will. - Reach the necessary skills to interpret the will of the testator and understand the importance of the correct partition of the inheritance. - Know the fiscal repercussions that the acceptance of an inheritance will entail. - Be able to identify the correct competence for cases in which international law is applied and there is a judicial judgment in between.
