This Master in Family Mediation offers the student an approach to the practice of family mediation, knowing the different techniques that can be applied according to the objectives of family mediation, the participation of experts and the different conflicting interactions that can be given between the members of a family, using the own skills required by a mediator.

The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this master in family mediation are the following: - Know the skills that a mediator has to facilitate intervention in family mediation processes. - Know the development of a conflict resolution workshop in family mediation to execute it in practice. - Know the techniques according to the objectives of family mediation to execute them in practice. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to develop techniques in practice depending on the participation of experts. -Present the legislative framework on which family mediation processes are supported. -Describe the reality of the conflict and the factors that generate it in the family. -Describe the processes of family mediation and the stages they include. - Register and analyze the characteristics of the conflict assessing the disposition of the parties involved to participate in the intervention process. - Orient and evaluate whether the conflict is likely to go through a mediation process or if it is necessary to derive it to other existing services in the community. - Collect the voluntariness of the parties involved in the mediation process, previously informing them of its characteristics to guarantee their disposition. - Define the process of valuation and monitoring of the intervention involving those involved in it. - Perform the monitoring and evaluation of the mediation process according to the previous design to verify the adequacy of the programmed. - Offer instruments to the work team for the incorporation of mediation methods in their planning of programs and projects. - Identify and describe the frame of reference in the intervention towards the equality of women and men. - Identify attitudes and sexist stereotypes manifested. - Establish procedures that guarantee the involvement and coordination of professionals in interventions aimed at gender equality. - Deepen social projects, their design and elaboration - Coordinate social intervention projects - Know the preventive, participation and volunteer programs

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
