Summary
This Master provides the knowledge required to develop professionally in the field of HR and work psychology. Given the demands of the work world today, and the consequences of its rhythm, with this master's degree we intend to know the new labor organization models that ensure the well -being of employees and new people management models. In addition, it will allow you to know the different psychosocial pathologies and their prevention, and, deepen the management of work stress.

Who is it addressed to?
The Master in Human Resources and Labor Psychology: Stress Management aimed at managers, directors and technicians of HR, responsible for departments of management systems (PRL and quality), personnel with command responsibility, team coordinators, owners of production or professional processes that are part of environments of certain organizational complexity. It is also aimed at professionals in the field of HR or work psychology and organizations that wish to continue and/or want to achieve a homologated university degree.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
