This Master gives you the knowledge and competences required to achieve a society of full inclusion where all people have a place, guaranteeing a coexistence based on the respect of all cultures. From Inesem we promote multidisciplinary and integrated teaching, through the application of innovative learning methodologies for a practical application oriented to the working world. We are experts in the development of postgraduate training itineraries in the area of social intervention with groups at risk of social exclusion.

- Acquire a technical and interdisciplinary preparation. - Qualify for the exercise of social intervention with immigrant people and/or at risk of social exclusion. - Train for the design of social research and guarantee the correct formulation of the intervention. - Design intercultural social intervention projects in the community. - Support immigrants in the development of socio -labor insertion itineraries. - Train in the acquisition of adequate competences in intercultural mediation to avoid conflict.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
