Summary
Mediation arises as a process of intervention in the face of conflicts that can occur both individual and group in any social field. In recent years, the demand for family mediation professionals has increased to meet the needs of citizens both from the public and private sphere. The Master in Intervention and Family Mediation is characterized by having a multidisciplinary approach and aims to guarantee quality training that prepares future family mediation professionals.

With the Master in Intervention and Family Mediation, students will acquire the knowledge, competences and skills necessary to intervene in conflict situations by analyzing the legal framework that governs this intervention as well as the existing resources, services and programs in this area. The student will be able to put into practice various techniques, skills and models of family mediation developing professional practice in multidisciplinary teams thus collaborating with other professionals in the sector.

Interested professionals in specialize in family mediation and social intervention (psychology, law, social pedagogy, social work, social education) as well as all those degrees related to the subject to study and/or those professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of subsequent application in their professional practice.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
