Public law is the part of the legal system responsible for the regulation of relations that occur between private persons or entities with the organs that form public administration, when they act in accordance with the legally established procedure. Through the present Master Public Law, it is intended to offer students the training and adequate knowledge about the legal-public institutions, with which it will be trained for the performance of different tasks at the service of public administrations, specializing in the administrative contentious jurisdiction.

Thanks to the Master Public Law, you can know in detail the different forms of administrative action on the current social and economic reality, paying special attention to relations between the private sector and the public administration as well as in everything related to the administrative contentious field.

The Public Law Master is aimed at professionals and students from the field of law and other related ones who are interested in expanding, updating or developing their knowledge in this area, as well as public employees who want to improve their training and specialize in administrative procedure and administrative contemporary jurisdiction.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
