Goals

- Know the foundations of rehabilitation and construction materials. - Make repairs of facades and rehabilitation work. - Repair structural elements. - Develop energy rehabilitation projects of buildings. - Learn and know the duty of conservation of buildings. - Know the Execution Order (Administrative Intevention Technique). - Technically inspect buildings knowing the legal and administrative aspects, the technical aspects and the application of the ITE. - Know the functions of ITE professionals and their responsibilities. - Know the pathological processes and examples of pathologies according to the constructive elements and the typology of real estate. - Analyze the process of representing facilities in building projects, specifying the documentation and information information related and identifying the agents intervening in their design. - Analyze the different facilities present in building, specifying the fundamental conduits and distributors and elements of which they consist and applying dimensioning and measurement criteria. - Argue the fulfillment of the constructive and functional demands by the facilities of a projected building, valuing the locations of elements and paths proposed for the different systems. That students who have the facilities installer card (CI) in the specialty of heating and sanitary hot water (specialty A) and/or in the specialty of air conditioning (specialty B), acquire complementary knowledge to the work they do, adding those corresponding to the maintenance activity. The rest of the students who do not have these cards, will acquire the knowledge corresponding to the activity of the maintenance of thermal facilities in buildings within the framework of the current Rite. - Know the foundations for buildings and electric maintenance. - Perform maintenance in air conditioning and plumbing facilities. - Know cleaning systems and equipment. - Apply fire protection facilities.
