Thanks to the magister in school coexistence, the student will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to promote and build within the educational community, an environment of coexistence and healthy and positive relationships between all the members that make up said community. This coexistence and the relationships that are believed within it have to be based on the respect and acceptance of differences. To do this, it is important to co -educate both teachers and students and thus eliminate preconceived or stereotyped thoughts. We must encourage the creation of a series of norms, which must be agreed throughout the educational community, so that they help maintain coexistence in a healthy way.

- Know what resources and strategies are the most appropriate to improve coexistence in schools. - Know how to prevent and act in the face of conflicts that may appear in the educational community. - Acquire knowledge to be able to detect, prevent and intervene in cases of harassment or cyberbullying. - Attend to diversity.

Thanks to the magister in school coexistence you can develop your work as a teacher or mediator in both public and private schools, implementing beneficial coexistence environments through acquired knowledge about harassment and cyberbullying, how to detect it, prevent it and intervene.

With the magister in school coexistence, the student will have the possibility of learning the way in which to create educational environments where healthy coexistence environments are raised, based on the healthy relationships of all its members and mutual respect. Create rules among all members of the community, who help maintain the order and respect of all its members and know how to act in the face of any possible conflict that arises.

The magister in school coexistence is aimed at professionals who perform their teaching work within schools, interested in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to implement positive school coexistence environments. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
