Summary
Nutrition regarding sport has evolved vertiginously in recent years due to the great advance of science, which has allowed us to have the necessary knowledge to modify and adapt food to sport to increase our performance. In addition, ergogenic aids and supplementation have been studied, which allow athletes to further enhance their performance along with adequate diet. In this master in sports supplementation you will deepen nutritional needs and how they vary throughout life, sports nutrition, ergogenic aids and doping. Knowing from the main sports supplements, vegan supplements to eating disorders, so common in the world of sport.

This master in sports supplementation prepares you to know the address of food in the different stages of life, and in order to enhance the performance of athletes through their diet and supplementation, knowing the protocols and guidelines of ergogenic aids.
