Summary
It complies with the provisions of the regulatory framework of urban activity in Spain and with all issues related to it with our Master in Urban Law. Study and know the ordination, transformation, conservation and control of land use, including subsoil and flight, and especially its urbanization and building. The program of this Master in Urban Law has been prepared thinking of an approach that allows professional development from different profiles. The Master in Urban Law prepares you to advise, inform and guide decision -making in the field of state urban law, taking into account the management of the territory, the related and prerogative rights of the public administration. Without forgetting the importance of the criminal law of the environment and urban crimes. It also prepares you to plan and advise on the design of new smart cities.
Who is it addressed to?
This Master in Urban Law is aimed at graduates and law graduates, as well as any other training related to social and legal sciences. Also oriented to architects, riggers, engineers and technical engineers who wish to obtain specific training in urban law. Also oriented to unemployed and workers in the real estate sector.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
