MASTER MBA LOGISTICS: MASTER MBA IN LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION + 5 ECTS CREDITS

At the end of the MBA master in logistics and distribution, students will be trained to assume the general direction of an organization whose main methodology is segmentation by logistics and distribution projects, as well as controlling the financial and administrative direction of the same, assuming responsibility for the strategic decisions adopted within the organization, optimally managing work teams in its different areas and carrying out motivation tasks, manage and management. In addition to developing specific skills for the management and efficient management of all kinds of logistics and distribution processes.

As a general objective we can establish the students to provide students with the knowledge necessary for the organization, management and management of business organizations. At the most specific level, it is intended: - Develop the directive competencies of the participant, deepening the global vision of the company. - Describe the nature of the logistics process and the cycles of merchandise distribution. - Know the international and global business environment, and the conditions of the Knowledge Society. - Assume leadership functions in globalized, competitive and specialized businesses. - Develop strategic thinking, innovation and entrepreneurial capacity. - Know the different areas of logistics operations and distribution processes.

Administrative, accounting, planning and executive area of any company with special emphasis on logistics management and management, supervision of distribution processes, consultants and coordinators of logistics management of any kind.

This Master aims to provide the student with the theoretical and practical training necessary to direct and manage a company with special concretion in logistics and distribution activity in an efficient way, so that it manages to improve the results and its competitive position. The student will learn to apply business sciences to the reality of organizations, deepening the characteristics of the general management of logistics and distribution.

Aimed at those who have an equivalent degree or title in business administration and management, business and economy or any degree that wants to strengthen their knowledge in the business area and improve their management capacities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
