This Master aims to provide the student with the theoretical and practical training necessary to direct and manage a company with a high prominence of their staff in an efficient way, so that it manages to improve the results and the competitive position of the same. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
