Master of Permanent Training at Facility Management + 60 ECTS credits

The Facility Management gathers various areas of action to support the other departments in the company while creating better possible working conditions possible optimizing the cost and operation of property to the property/s of a company. The discipline of Facity Management is the result of a deep transformation of work dynamics, which has varied extraordinarily in the last twenty years. This change implies the basic origin of the appearance of the facility management or management, operation and maintenance of general buildings and services. As a consequence of this evolution, today companies are different, the type of work is different, the rhythm of constant changes, and digitalization is part of the employee's life and the needs and requirements of people with respect to their work space and the facilities have increased very relevantly. All these changes have had a greater relevance in the services sector and in activities that do not have a direct link with production.

The master's structure is based on the requirements that the International Association of Facity Management considers essential to know every professional to validate their certification process in this discipline, based on the knowledge of 11 disciplines to a greater or lesser extent throughout which every facilitation manager will be found throughout their professional career. The Master has been structured in 9 modules that navigate the 11 disciplines providing knowledge to the student at different levels by different professionals with a wide range of professional experiences and sectors of origin, with content of last currentity and state of the art of technologies that impact the facilitious sector will allow the student to incorporate said knowledge in their day to day in a practical way.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
