Summary
The Master in Personal, Executive and Business Coaching is aimed at training the coach to be able to accompany Coachee in their professional fields through coaching sessions. The contents of the agenda follow the principles of coaching and allow to plan and carry out coaching sessions easily. It covers from coaching for people, to favor the achievement of their goals. Even business coaching for business workers to know how to better manage their time and emotions. Therefore, this Master intends to improve people's quality of life, balancing and knowing how to react properly before all kinds of situations in any field of their life.

The professional master in personal, executive and business coaching provides knowledge to increase workers' productivity. In addition, it raises a broad and specific vision of personal and professional coaching, deepening the management of personnel from a new approach, implementing new departmental techniques, procedures and strategies to motivate and manage people in a more effective way.
Who is it addressed
This master is aimed at business professionals who want to obtain the necessary tools to carry out people and groups, also for leaders since they will obtain the keys to effective leadership and, in addition, also for those who want to develop in the world of coaching as a professional.
Official character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
