Master of Permanent Training in Gender Equality + 60 ECTS credits

Equality policies fulfill an important function as a way to guarantee the rights of the whole society and move towards a more equal and inclusive environment. The Master in gender equality aims to train professionals capable of creating and applying equal social policies and safeguarding the measures that already exist. - Know and manage the concepts related to gender equality and their historical evolution - Contextualize equality in our environment and our time and analyze the legal framework and current policies - Understand the work reality and the challenges it raises from gender balance to family conciliation - Analyze and study the weight of education as a basic tool for awareness and awareness - addressing social intervention from the perspective of gender equality in cases Gender violence, female health, immigration etc. - Study gender research methodology and acquire notions of basic training

At the end of the Master you will be prepared to work in different organizations, public or private, dedicated to the promotion of gender equality: NGOs, Social Services, Women's Institutes, Educational Centers, Defense Organizations and Promotion of Equality. You can design equality projects and plans and do field work by applying them in different areas.

The Master in gender equality enables you to address gender equality from a multidisciplinary approach, from historical, educational, socio -labor, family and as a tool for social enrichment. In addition, it will provide you with instruments and techniques for policy management, advice on the subject and design of training projects and programs.

The Master in Gender Equality is aimed at university degrees who want to direct their career towards social services, education or social welfare.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
