Master of Permanent Training in Musical Education + 60 ECTS credits

Musical education has been within the Spanish education system for many years, what we will deal with in this master is to go around and learn to use music as an integration instrument. With this course, students will know the basic and important concepts of music education as well as learn to use them in class in a correct and functional way, learning techniques and resources for their application and knowing the evolutionary characteristics of children in the different ages for better adaptation and professional work attending to great diversity, we will also address music therapy, music education and interculturality and several important technical aspects at the time of manipulating music as they are. Musical production and audio recording and sound postproduction for radio, video, cinema and digital television.

- Start and develop musical knowledge based on the foundations of music and education and musical didactics. - Know the main musical methodologies. - Understand the musical world that surrounds us and know the main epochs, musical styles and composers. - Develop auditory and sound capacity. - Contribute to those professionals of psychology, education or any other related field and to those who want to specialize in the subject, all those musical skills and therapeutic attitudes necessary to carry out a good job as a music therapist in any of its areas of application. - Analyze the role played by music education in the current education system. - Interpret the meaning of music as a tool for cultural integration. - Know the musical culture from the main civilizations of history. - Acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge about sound postproduction. - Analyze the organization and different spaces of a sound postproduction study. - Identify and perform the different phases and techniques that sound postproduction is composed.

This master prepares you to acquire the necessary knowledge of musical education to know how to apply it correctly and effectively in the different school groups, as well as obtain their own criteria to create and apply a methodology consistent with current trends and its conception of music education. In addition with this master you will be prepared for musical production, audio recording with Pro Tools and sound postproduction for radio, video, cinema and digital television.

This master is aimed at educators, teachers, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, music professionals or any other person who is interested in knowing the role that music plays in a society as globalized and how to use this music for integration into students. In short, it is aimed at all those who want to get a degree endorsed by the Miguel de Cervantes European University of Musical Education.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
