Normally these developments are carried out in the form of projects, which become the essential activity of any company or organization. The satisfactory execution of a project requires both the necessary human, technical, material and economic resources, and of a planning and coordination that effectively and effectively integrates all those resources. The project manager is the ultimate responsible for compliance in the deadline, cost and benefits of the objectives of the project, so it must have adequate preparation at that level of responsibility. The projects require project chiefs formed in the most advanced management techniques and sometimes these have not received adequate training, which is usually reflected in ineffective and inefficiencies in the management and result of the projects. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
