This master in permanent training in research in physical and sports activities offers specialized training in the field. In sciences of physical activity and sports, sports research constitutes a basic tool of sciences applied to sport, indispensable for the generation of new knowledge, as well as for the solution of problems related to physical training and with the achievement of optimal results at the competitive level. With the realization of the present master in permanent training in research in physical and sports activities, they are intended to provide multidisciplinary knowledge and competences to carry out the research process in physical and sports activities.

- Describe sports methodology and research through the scientific method, as well as the different techniques and designs to conduct research. - Know the contents on sports health, as well as their importance to be able to perform sports in optimal conditions. - Identify the psychosocial foundations associated with physical and sports activity favoring the development of research capacities. - Analyze the scope of sports psychology in physical activity sciences, as well as the necessary knowledge to carry out psychological training planning. - Define the basic concepts in the field of dietary and nutrition, applied to the feeding of people who perform some type of sports activity at a higher or less level. - Acquire essential knowledge about sports marketing, as well as the sports market and its surroundings.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and integrated into public or private companies or universities, dedicated to the conduct of studies on the different lines of research based on existing research groups.

The present master in permanent training in research in physical and sports activities aims to introduce students in the knowledge of the most general research foundations and techniques on the different areas of physical activity and sports and be able to become familiar with the various research paradigms and the various ways of approaching the object of common research.

This master in permanent training in research in physical and sports activities is aimed at professionals in the field of physical activity and sports, as well as all those graduated or licensed in physical activity and sports sciences.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
