Master of Permanent Training in Sustainability and Social Responsibility + 60 ECTS credits

This master's degree responds to the new need facing companies in the construction sector in the field of responsibility and sustainable development. Define a strategy in CSR and its subsequent management is already required by sustainable financial funds, investment analysts, public and private administrations tenders and regulation of non -financial information to be reported. In the future it is expected that demand grows due to a more formed, aware and committed society committed to sustainability.

The global objective of the master is that the student is able to develop an adequate CSR strategy in the company, leading and coordinating transversal practices, so that the company manages to advance their responsibility and affects positively on it. This global objective is achieved through the following partial objectives: - Understand the context of CSR and its application to the company, leading the RSE strategy. - Plan the strategy and management in CSR and thus achieve the objectives marked in a systematic way - Know the relationship between governance and CSR to align its principles. - Consider and organize actions related to the social dimension of CSR by trying to advance the performance of human rights, find new market niches and evolve the market towards sustainability. - Reflect on the environmental actions developed or to develop in the company for integration into the sustainability strategy. - Communicate the impact of the activity with responsibility and in an organized way to value good practices

Prepared by professionals with extensive experience in CSR in the sector, through this master's student will acquire the necessary skills with which to establish, direct and achieve strategic objectives of CSR, which will have a positive impact on the company in both economic, labor, social, environmental and reputational terms.

The Master is aimed at future directors of CSR and/or sustainability. Likewise, it will come to guarantee the competences of other professionals in the construction sector who will assume or have assumed social responsibility functions in the company

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
